Complete Doula Service
Includes free consultation. We meet to become acquainted and decide if I am the doula for you and your partner and answer any questions you might have.
Two Prenatal visits. At these visits we discuss concerns, birth options, expectations and needs. We also practice relaxation techniques and comfort measures.
Continuous before, during,and after labor support. As your doula I stay with you during the entire length of your labor and birth supporting you and your partner. Providing comfort measures, massage, information, and emotional support.
I will stay with you until baby has had their first feeding (I can help you with breastfeeding if needed) and you and your partner are settled.

BlessingWay
A blessing way is a great alternative or addition to the traditional baby shower. Originating with the Native American people. They used blessing ways to celebrate and mark different times and events in a womans life such as menstruating, marriage, becoming a mother and so on. A blessing way for birth is a time for those women closest to the mother-to-be to gather together and honor her. I can help you plan and carryout a blessing way for yourself or for someone you love. This event can be very special and helpful for the mom-to-be giving her strength, courage and love from her close community of women. Curious?Ask, Ask, Ask!

Birth Education
A growing number of parents don't have time to take a 7 wk childbirth class. To meet their needs I offer prenatal visits just for education, practicing comfort measures, massage, and birth plan options. Leaving moms, dads, and partners feeling confident and prepared. I come to your home and cover the basics of childbirth and coping techniques for labor the first visit. The second visit is practicing these techniques, a hand and foot massage, and more. If you do choose to hire me as your doula the cost of your prenatal visits are applied to the total charge of services.
$50.00 each prenatal visit. Or 2 visits for $75.00
@2-3 hrs each visit.
